Step 1: Listening

We’re here to tell your story — not just any story. But first, we have to hear it from you, including your goals and all the intricacies that make your business unique.

To get to know you and your business, we’ll ask you some questions about why your organization exists, what drives you, and how you’re different from other organizations. Then, we’ll dive into your goals and figure out what you are really trying to accomplish what you need to make it happen. Do you need a comprehensive communications plan, or do you just need some short-term help with specific marketing tasks?

Step 2: Planning

There is no one-size-fits-all here. We work with you to identify your goals, audience, and key messages first. Then we analyze your current marketing efforts and develop a plan specific to your organization and the story you need to tell.

For a communications plan, the whole process typically takes four to six weeks on average from initial meeting to delivery of the final plan. For more specific marketing tasks, project timelines vary greatly depending on the overall project scope, but once we know a little more about your project, we can estimate how long it will take.

Step 3: Executing

This is the step where we get to work and take some of those marketing worries off your shoulders so you can focus on more pressing business. Along the way, we’ll work with you to review and revise the plan, if needed, and support you each step of the way.
